If the product arrived damaged or you did not receive the product at all, please contact us. We will work with you to ensure a prompt refund assuming you follow the below:

If the product at the time of delivery was faulty or damaged, please send us a detailed email including the photos / videos of the picture within 48 hours of such a receipt. If it has been > 48 hours, please let us know and we will work with our vendors to see if an exception can be received.

If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

If the product did not arrive, let us know and we will be happy to assess. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund in case we received a note of delivery from your local delivery center (there are mail thefts happening, unfortunately, we wont be able to cover against those.)

Kindly refer to the Product Page return policy first (where mentioned). Each vendors products may have a different policy for return.

We encourage that carefully review the dimensions of your fury baby as accurately as possible. 

Please note that we are unable to refund for change in mind/ quality not how you expected (and we are not as big as Amazon, yet)! If you have any questions about the product, feel free to email before placing the order and our customer service will do everything to make sure you have a good understanding of the product.

No refunds are issued in situation below:

  • Change in mind 
  • Some of our products are custom ordered and if permanently personalized, are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
  • Due to strict health regulations, beds, blankets and carriers cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • Any used item cannot be returned
  • Custom products cannot be returned 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item where notification to us is not made within 48 hours of delivery

Things to be aware of:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us for return identification number as soon as possible and as an evidence, attach relevant pictures or videos for us to process the return identification number.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and verified, we will notify you of the receipt and process for refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Due to logistics problems surrounding us, unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the delivery of product in certain days however, if you dont receive order within 30 days, please do contact us for research. We of course will be checking pro-actively as well to ensure you have a good experience.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We will be happy to work with you on exchanges. Feel free to indicate the reason in an email to us at info@nubeelife.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, the Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We have tried to cover all our scenarios above but if you have a specific scenario that we haven’t covered, please do not hesitate to reach out PRIOR to ordering. The above policy shall apply unless we have explicitly mentioned otherwise in the product description.
